Rental Coordinator for the Central Market Hall (18 hours)
The rental process is underway, and it is expected that by the end of 2024, approximately 70 young and established entrepreneurs will rent a space in the Central Market Hall. As the central point of contact for (prospective/existing) tenants/users, BOEi is looking for an experienced facility manager/rental coordinator, also known as a House Manager.
The House Manager is someone who is well-organized and solution-oriented, with a passion for meaningfully repurposing buildings. They should also be able to identify with the challenges that Amsterdam faces. The task of the rental coordinator/facility manager is to act as a “good house manager” for the building and its tenants/users, with the end result being satisfied tenants/users, a well-maintained appearance of the Market Hall and its surroundings, and minimal involvement from BOEi in the day-to-day operations. It is a role that requires a high level of independence!
