On Wednesday 11 October, there was an open walk-in for the users of the Central Market Hall at BOEi’s office. A powerpoint presentation had been made, clearly explaining where the walkway would be and how it would run. The photos make things clear, how nice it would be if the Central Market Hall became a bit more accessible for everyone.

The application for this footbridge is now with the municipality of Amsterdam. So for now, these are plans, but there is a good chance that we will be allowed to have this implemented. What fun events will then take place in this beautiful monument. The demolished scaffolding is already ready to start work immediately after approval.
