After 87 years, the Food Center’s Central Market Hall is finally open to everyone

The Centrale Markthal is a place many Amsterdammers had never been to, simply because the markt cenarea was not open to everyone. This has changed since the Markt Maal is organised every week; a weekly meal cooked by and for Amsterdammers. Creators of the Markt Maal are Igor Sorko and Koen Vollaers, quartermasters hired by BOEi to create excitement in the Central Market Hall. And they succeeded!
