The one and only bubbling boss DJ Moortje comes to the hall for an oldskool bubbling set and it promises to be a steamy night.

You can’t dance on an empty stomach, so for this edition of Markt Kabaal, Kantine West’s pizza chefs will be waiting for you with Italian delicacies from our wood-fired oven.

But there is more! This edition is in collaboration with the Blub Club; a 6-week fermentation club at Markt Centraal, organised by bubble queen Ivana and chef Olivier.

They will serve a 3-course dinner like you’ve never tasted before! Each course will be prepared with a selection of the most exciting ferments. Between courses, you will learn more about the world of microbes through a mini-lecture.

After dinner, you can keep dancing! And if you haven’t finished fermenting yet, come taste a cider at the cider bar or make your own sourdough starter.

Dinner starts at 19:00, the train runs from 18:00 and the bar will be open by then. Make sure you are in the train no later than 18:45.

Markt Centraal can only be reached by our train, The Markt Centraal Express. It departs from the gate of the Food Center Amsterdam at Jan van Galenstraat 6. The train runs between 18:00 and 03:00.

The Central Market Hall is accessible by wheelchair, there is also a MIVA toilet in the hall. Unfortunately, the little train is not accessible by wheelchair. If you are coming with a wheelchair, please let us know in advance. We will then register you with the porters of the Food Center Amsterdam.

If cancelled up to one week before the event, a refund of the amount paid is possible minus €2 costs per person. If cancelled in the week before the event, a refund of the amount paid is unfortunately not possible.
